Pull the conditions precedent (CPs) out of a term sheet so the closing checklist writes itself instead of being transcribed by hand.
- Open Transactions and choose Extract CPs.
- Provide the term sheet.
- Review the extracted CPs and turn them into checklist items and tasks.

CP extraction runs as an agent run. Transactions sits at the center of execution and links to Pricer (deal economics), Risk (covenants), the Deal CRM pipeline, and the deal's Data Room — plus your MCP connections for source documents.
CP extraction consumes credits.
